Here's what some of our event partners and hosts have had to say about our speakers:
“I’ve been an association chairman of not just one but two associations and I can safely say that the event we held with Mark and David was by far the most stimulating and successful event that I have witnessed for a Conservative Association. I woke up the next day to find my chairman’s email inbox teeming with positive messages from my members"
Philip Stephenson-Oliver, Chairman of Queen's Park and Maida Vale Conservative Association.
"As a Reform branch Chairman David and Mark may not have been my natural allies but their ideas and arguments captivated my members. They’re the best political double act around!”
Tony Glover, Chairman of Newham and Tower Hamlets, Reform UK
"An absolute pleasure to have welcomed David Starkey as guest speaker at our Margaret Thatcher 50th Anniversary dinner in March. 'Inspirational'...'Best after dinner speech in years'... 'More please', just some of the plaudits we received from members who attended"
Craige Southern, Deputy Chair Political, South Ribble Conservative Association
"Individually compelling but irresistible as a duo, Mark Littlewood and Dr Starkey have the ability to inform with clarity; providing workable solutions to complex problems"
Bruce Goodwin, organiser for a Beaconsfield Conservatives event
"Just some words re the excellent evening we had when David and Mark visited us in July. We have had lots of positive feedback back on the evening. David and Mark held the hall captive with their knowledge and foresight. Including the question and answer section, bringing the best out of the attendees to debate and raise questions that were then discussed in depth. I am certain that if we hosted them again the hall would be a sell out again. I will be recommending an invite be sent asap."
Kevin Ayling, Chairman, Bognor Regis and Littlehampton Reform UK Branch
"If any Reform UK branches are uncertain about booking PopCon, they can be entirely confident. The discussion was first-class: sharp, disciplined and genuinely engaging... the audience engaged enthusiastically with David and Mark, and the feedback afterwards was exceptionally positive. They understand the Reform grassroots and connect with them instinctively. We would be very pleased to host them again"
Justine Thomas, Event Organiser, Broadland & Fakenham Reform UK Branch
