PopConversations is a series of online conversations with leading figures who are shaping UK conservative thinking.
On Tuesday 15th April at 7pm, PopCon Director, Mark Littlewood, will be joined by The Lord Johnson of Lainston, Co-Chair of the Conservative Party.
Lord Johnson is a British financier, fund manager and politician, who serves as co-chairman of the Conservative Party. Prior to the last election he was the Minister of State for Regulatory Reform under Rishi Sunak, after having been appointed by Liz Truss as Minister of State for Investment. He is also a former Deputy Chairman of the Conservative Party and was a councillor in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and worked in the City.
There has been much talk over the past six months about the desire for change to the internal structures and processes of the Conservative Party. This will be an opportunity for attendees to be the first to see the results from PopCon's most recent survey of supporters and provide feedback on the changes they would like to see as well as hear plans and progress on change from one of the Party's most senior figures.
